Who We Are

Languages Canada is a non-profit organization and the national accreditation body for the teaching of English and French in Canada. We are a Recognized Organization under the International Experience Canada (IEC) program with the Government of Canada.

Each year, we welcome more than 120,000 international students to Canada through our network of nearly 200 accredited member schools, while also helping Canadian youth explore the world through meaningful work and travel opportunities. With decades of experience in youth exchange and international education, our mission is to promote high-quality learning, cultural exchange, and global growth.

International Experience Canada (IEC) is a Government of Canada program that allows Canadians aged 18-35 to work and travel abroad with support from Recognized Organizations.
