Eligibility Requirements

To join one of our programs, you must meet the general eligibility criteria of the International Experience Canada (IEC) program:

Hold a valid Canadian passport

Canadian citizen

18–35 years old (inclusive)

Additional requirements may apply depending on the program, such as:

  • Bachelor’s degree or TESOL/TEFL certification (for teaching roles)
  • Basic knowledge of French (for some positions in France)
  • Availability for a set contract period (e.g., 6–12 months)
